We meet every Tuesday to share works in progress— poetry, letters, musings, entries, more.

Nest is a writers collective and open mic in Brooklyn, NYC. Since 2022, it’s held weekly open mics, seasonal reading series and salons for literary poetry.

Nest has published 4 anthologies featuring over 30 writers and artists based in New York City. It’s brought together over 200 readers through its open gathering format since its inception, and supports writers of all backgrounds as an open, supportive and reflective space for career writers and hobbyists alike.

We don’t tolerate blatant ignorance, disrespect or any form of violent thinking that compromises the integrity of a safe community internally and in the world at large.

Join us on Tuesdays or submit your work for our seasonal anthology.
